I got an 06 t5 for 2k last year. Nowhere near as dirty. Reason I got it cheap was because it had a busted turbo, converter, starter and battery. Little cosmetic rust but the last owner was a body worker, so everything dangerous has been dealt with. Following this series because I want to do most of this up until the furnishings. I'm making a bandvan with the possibility of sleeping in, so don't need leisure batteries or furnishing but want to do up until carpet lining, then add in a few more seats. Great series, just like the last ones

You should really highlight that some alarms are black wires before ppl start cutting alarms out thinking they are earths

In this case, I could see what wires were tied into what part of the factory wiring loom and there were multiple black wires spliced to the earth. But thank you for highlighting this.
