Dear Carlos - its an aluminum disc - the pressure of the spring cant be explained that easy. it should feel like a new blade set. but more important is that the spring is even to the lower blade. so the pressure is balanced. can you work like this? your Heiniger team....... :-)

How do I know when to stop grinding You show but not say anything how to know when is sharp Eating the back all the way till is plain to the blade or the front and back metal (not the blades) supposed to get level Any gap between the blades and the back metal before is deep and then metal I don’t understand
