Regarding share point data which is load into power BI, While loading, it should not be duplicate data shows And while updating like update rows or adding new column or updating any data shows updated data same as SCD 2 Please do this video based on this scenario

Once you have all the binary contents, rather than combining them all, I 'd like to crate separate tables for each binary because in my SharePoint folder I have different tables. How to do that please?

i thought this was going to be the missing key to my problems but i get this error message DataFormat.Error: The input couldn't be recognized as a valid Excel document. Details: [Binary] can you help please?

I get "DataSource Error: SharePoint:Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (500) " in the last row after filtering files . I cannot perform any step after this point as I keep on getting same error. Please help.
