In this video, the authors explain their latest study where they performed a factorial Mendelian randomization analysis. They showed that combined CETP and PCSK9 lowering is associated with additive effects on lipids and CAD, suggesting that combining drugs inhibiting CETP and PCSK9 may be a therapeutic option in patients at CAD risk.
