Honestly, I think this looks better as an Optimus prime, because it opens up the possibility of a modern energon prime.

To be honest, I've no opinion on this set as I've only got Dragstrip as he came out with wave one which had Dragstrip released with four of the Aerialbots whilst wave two had the remaining Aerialbot being released with the other four Stuntacons and in my area. We never got wave two as it seems we skip several waves as I think wave four was also skipped. I never saw Devastator. Predaking etc.

I really hope Hasbro fix their distribution, the fact that so many places including where I live just completely skip waves is so dumb, I mainly buy online now cause of it

some dried superglue coating the peg on the foot should fix that loose foot. did it to one of mine.

Best part of this mold is that the crappy Optimus retool can be upgraded into a really cool idw prime

There is one more member of the combiner wars Menasor team not present in this video and it just so happens to be the one I have instead of Dragstrip due to missing out on him when this came out a few years ago. Despite off-road being the guy that's supposed to be filling in for him, Brake neck/wild rider fills in for Dragstrip on my copy lmao. Brake Neck's got a weird common QC issue that the one I bought used has where for some reason moving the front window of the vehicle mode causes really intense stress marks on the hinge. For some reason this is exclusive to him despite the figure being a head swap recolor of the Dead End mold.

sellers on ebay really screw up with the accessory from CW and POTP. on 7 times I bought a figure, only the one that came in the original packaging had everything that was supposed to the weackness of the figure is that it was the first. heck, even the prime remold works somewhat better, waist notwithstanding CW in todo realy wanted the figures to be fully articulated with the minimum amouts of tabs. while I honestly cannot see a better way to get the arms to work, this ain't it, all combined form NEEDS to be in somewhat neutral poses

Can confirm for you that CW Menasor’s sword is significantly longer than Legacy Menasor’s

I'm glad to hear that, legacy's sword looks too small for Menasor but too big for motormaster, I'll definitely try CW's sword with legacy when I get him

honestly i might be in the minority with this but i love combiner wars menasor way more than legacy i honestly hate how it looks but again that's just me people can like whatever they like ^w^

I love how both of them look, but I'm sure the legacy menasor is going to be a lot more stable than the combiner wars figure is, so I'm definitely gonna be getting him
