I am working on a project that requires me to get live GPS location, from Arduino, and show it in the App...any information on how to do this??

Hello what would be the difference if I have only one wifi node but several sensors?
@ForceTronics6 жыл бұрын
This was an example and for simplicity sake I used a single sensor. You can use as many sensors as the SAMD21 can support

I can not find the files in dropbox it says they were removed.

Dropbox changed the way they share files. Use this link, I also updated the link in the video description: www.dropbox.com/s/67oo6qre5d6l2ij/CloudHomeAutoEx.aia?dl=0

Thanks for your helpful video. Is there a possibility to create a better good looking User Interface app instead of MIT app? Do you have any information that can help me?

Well the UI for the MIT app inventor app was basic because I was just creating a basic example for the video. But you can actually do a much better looking UI with MIT app inventor if you learn how to use the tools. Of course you can use the Android programming environment (based on Eclipse) but that will have a large learning curve. There may be other easier higher level tools but I have not used them.

@@ForceTronics okay I will search more about MIT app inventor and have a look at Eclipse. Thank you for your helpful reply too. :)

Thanks for the video. What resistor value do you use in the potential divider with the LDR to get within the 1v of the ESP's ADC?
@ForceTronics8 жыл бұрын
I used a 68kohm resistor because that is what I had available and I knew with my light sensitive resistor going to a max resistance value of ~23kohm with no light that I was safe within the 1V range. Ideally you would like to use the whole range of the ADC for max resolution so you could use this equation to calculate the best resistance to use based on the value of your light resistor: R1 = (R2*3.3V)/1V where R2 is the max value of your light resistor

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I was able to get a very similar circuit working based on the content in this video and your comment. Thanks again!

hello, why phant is no longer operation? is there any alternatives to create data streams??and can i use ESP 32 or ESP8266(not a sparkfun) ?

I don't know. I would recommend ThingSpeak. I have a video on it
