Thanks for your videos. I have a problem with merge I won't to merge 1:1 sam key variable . At all I have 7 dataset I like to merge. I get error says variable _merge already defined stata. How can we solve that problem?

How if we only want to merge certain variables? Not all variables in the file on disk? If we used excel we could use vlookup

The merge command has a "keepusing" option where you can specify just the variables you want in the data file you're using
