Emily this art piece is fabulous! It shouldn’t be in a sketch book. It should be framed and hanging on a wall for everyone to see! Thank you for sharing this with us.

How can I follow you if you already drew it in pencil? It’s frustrating because I w love it and cannot draw it

I like this one! Going to give it a try. I’m spending a lot of time in a chair with a heating pad on my neck. Got arthritic build up in my cervical canal and it’s pinching off the nerves to my left arm. May be facing surgery...so I’ve been drawing a lot. Thanks

Different cause, but I also have nerve pain issues with my left arm. I'm glad that drawing is allowing you to do something you enjoy, hopefully distracting you some from the pain. ❤️ Happy tangling!

I like the denser blending stumps better than the tortillions that make (for me) an awful scraping noise when blending. Love your use of #Printemps as a texture here... good inspiration for me.

I notice that I get different scratchy sounds depending on the blender and the paper I'm using. I find the sound grating too, so I'll keep this in mind. Thanks!

Where to begin? I wish I could have been there when you started this.

That's really gorgeous Emily, clever use of #zander (hahaha, thought it was a paint brush at first) and #aquafleur. Really loving your Inktober2020 series, well done. PS: my dog gets very excited seeing your cat too. 🐕🐈🕸🎃🕷💀

Thanks so much! I saw the paintbrush too after I'd done a few of them. Now I'm thinking the aquafleur shape could be made to look like a palette too. Thanks for watching, and give your doggo scritches for me! :)
