I was told by my resitant depression facilitator (Brainways, h-coil) that it wasn't important what I'm actively thinking about during the treatment. Some days I inevitably think about my problems and the emotional grief I'm constantly feeling from real romantic loss (from 2 years ago). Other days I try to meditate and (try and) think of nothing. Should I think of some positive affirmations for "state dependent" "paired associations" during active stimulation? Is one strategy better than the other for me to personally attempt? I'm on day 14 and I suppose using that time to meditate rather than ruminate would be better. Thanks for this informative and concise presentation.

I am a resistant depression facilitator of the h-1 coil and It is important to think in neutral or good thoughts. Watching something that you enjoy can be used as well.

Does anyone remember how the past "news" about "cell phone radiation" (which is ALSO electromagnetic) was BAD NEWS...I only mention this because it would be a shame to trade brain health for the instant gratification. I HATE the possibility of DRUGS and I LOVE the TMS IDEA but IS IT SAFE into the FUTURE !
