Bro, idk what went on during the coaching, if it was mostly the effect of the initial confusion, the downtime cooling day's momentum or marlinpies godlike advice but that second set was brutal

I love the commentary it really puts an emphasis on both the physical and mental game. Not much comedy but they made it real intense.

this game match really reminded me of how good these characters and game is, this is a really perfect game for me, I hope they can push those combos like they did with this one without overworking everyday like they usually do.

I had no idea people had coaches in fighting games.
@GarethXL3 жыл бұрын
normally they don't, that's why like the casters said coach are designated pre match not on sign in because normally everybody is playing in the tournament. and having a coach is a huge benefit because in anime style games like GG where there's 20+ characters with totally unique mechanics on them while interact with each characters differently, and when even the low tiers are viable in tournament nobody will be able know know every matchup. by having a coach knowing the matchup just saying a short sentence like "slayer neutral slash is -2 on block" etc... is way more info then anything you can think of, even more if the advice has answers to how to deal with a specific moves.
@lookupatthecounter48443 жыл бұрын
@@GarethXL late but I actually think it’s the mental stack that coaching helps tremendously. Stuff like beating moves you should know anyway, especially if you’re high caliber.
