As for the guy with the Troll Doll head, he's most likely from some knockoff of one of those Troll Head lines. He looks the closest to the Metal Man figure from Troll Force, but it's definitely not him. I'm also interested in where the balding guy is from.

I like to imagine the reason why the 201x version of TMNT referenced the Galaxy Hole was to maybe joke those were some of the only toys the turtles got because Splinter kept finding them in this trash rather than the series they were ripping off, which makes the inclusion of the Bradford figure all the more fitting.
