Come aboard a massive U.S. maritime training ship in St. John’s harbour

Around 250 students with the Maine Maritime Academy college program docked in St. John’s aboard the massive State of Maine training vessel. Their 75-day journey wraps up as the ship heads from St. John’s back to their homebase in Portland - but students and staff tell the CBC’s Jessica Singer they found a taste of home here in Newfoundland and Labrador, and they can’t wait to come back.
