After the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi, Rwanda is trying to rebuild itself quickly and needs to show all those changes to
Rwandans living abroad. The government has invited some members of diaspora to come and discover how things have been changed as well as in economy, security, justice, social welfare and so on... The RDF took this opportunity to show how to protect the nation.

@fenisc No, this isi Kinyarwanda " Rwanda language" but they can also speek English and French. That was a particular message to those who speek Kinyarwanda living abroad.
