Beautiful temple. Almost 25 years ago I never thought that a temple would be in Layton. I remember being there as a missionary and now Syracuse and Layton have temples

Word! I was serving in Layton and Syracuse during the fall/winter months of 97-98. I remember one particular day in January in Syracuse - the coldest day of my life - walking down S Bluff Road. There was NOTHING there! And now, it is a beautiful, growing pionner town, home to a magnificent temple!

I like the approach that they are taking in the interior design in some of the new temples. Taylorsville is very pioneer-esk. This one has a little 20's style. I just hope they don't do 70's. Ha!
