There is a bookstore chain here in America called Half Price Books. They have a fabulous collection of discounted books, including a "Clearance" section that is multiple shelves of books priced $1 to $3. 😍

Lovely video! Since I have a lot unread books on my bookshelf, I have almost banned myself from bookshops. Currently my own library is my fav place to buy books and it is free. Well, almost free :)

I lived in Leeds a couple of years ago and used to spend many weekends exploring York, even made some friends that came visit me fell in love with it too. Oh I really miss it, it is lovely to see it again in your channel. Dreaming of the moment I can pay it a quick visit whenever I feel like to again!

There’s a great old dusty used bookstore about an hour from me (luckily in the town my sister lives. So I can visit it fairly often!) I have found some great things there for my collection. But it sure isn’t as lovely as these places.

For takeaways you have to visit York Hog Roast! My favourite place. If you fancy something special I’d recommend an afternoon tea at Betty’s. York is a real foodie place so there is so much to discover!
