I really liked the ballad of never after ! :) I really liked Earthlings but It's quite heavy! Deals with sexual assault of a child etc. So be aware of it. But I think it's an important book on how children try to burden pain in magic to protect themself.

It's the best series I've ever read and here are some things I'd think you'd like about it - Complex fantasy world with magic - Forbidden love - forced proximity - a whole bunch of 'le gasp' moments' - Lil bit of enemies to loves - A man who's actually super romantic and not toxic at all - The 'I'm supposed to kill you trope' - It will make you cry at the end of the last book - more cuddly scenes/cute scenes with less spice I've never cried over a book before until this one. I ugly cried so much Just this quote from the boy to the girl "You could ask me for the whole ocean and I'd find a way to give it to you. I simp for this man so much Also, you should read Wilder Girls because I really want to know your opinion on it. I hated it so much omg I think we have pretty similar reading tastes, so I think you would really like this series, and I created every book 5 stars Please like this comment so Madita sees this

What if like instead you missed him by like ten minutes after the bookstore closed but the cashier guy is like yeah he paid for you I kept it on the side for you. And then you’re like really sad about not seeing him again. But then the next day, you go to like a cute cafe and you read the book he bought for you, and as you order your coffee, he’s like the barista and he’s like so how is the book going? And you guys start talking about it and then you keep coming back and you talk to him and then he goes down on his knee and asks to marry you and then you say yes and you have 3 kids and 2 dogs w him and voilà happily ever after!
