They use the song either for commercial or promotional tours. It is a commissioned song. It has to be exactly how the buyer wants it. It's a song for Close Up. Original is Hindi and 2 English versions. Isa na dun kay Rico! And Of course it's an English song, hence the American sound. Alangan naman gawin niyang tagalog accent.

Yung may mga issue jan sa melody "allegedly" sounding like somebody else's song, dun kayo sa originial singer ng song na to magreklamo. The music of this song was written by an INdian singer. Rico was commissioned to make a new arrangement and to re-write the lyrics. Haters are rehashing old accusations.
