Make sure you and the cows, etc have enough salt, not just water. Low salt levels do alot of damage. We need salt for efficient sweat , otherwise we sweat off too much water causing heat stress. As for higher heat environment your body acclimatise after a few days, then normal temperature feels cold.

Not usually!! Exceptionally low (pretty much non existent growth!) so had to feed back some bales we made from surplus grazing at the start of the grazing season
