When we realize that all things come from God we understand the deeper meaning of what Jesus meant when he said, "Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's, and render unto God what is God's".

Ok we never said this in the videos, but we didn't make it up! Joseph Smith said Paul was, "He is about five foot high; very dark hair; dark complexion; dark skin; large Roman nose; sharp face; small black eyes, penetrating as eternity; round shoulders; a whining voice, except when elevated and then it almost resembles the roaring of a Lion."

Myopia is nearsightedness.. i love this channel. I use these videos before we study the scriptures at home. Correct me if I am wrong, myopia is different from myopathy.

You are correct. Myopathy is a muscle disease whereby the muscles become weak & voluntary movements are affected.

He meant myopia (near-sightedness), not myopathy (disease of muscles). Although myopathy could work as a metaphor for weakness, i.e., spiritual weakness.

Myopathy is not nearsightedness because it has something to do about the muscles and not the vision. Myopia should be the term because it means nearsightedness
@bradjames891 Жыл бұрын
myopia is figurative language. It's like Mary Poppins saying George Banks couldn't see past the end of his nose. Elder Renlund said Mary Poppins is a type of Christ.

Question for the channel! At the end of your line upon line come follow me videos you list a couple of rewards watchers can receive through donating to the channel, one such reward is paying $1000 to get a cameo. A couple people in my family have been expressing how that is priestcraft, you offer to raise somebody’s status in your channel if they give you enough money. I was reaching out to ask what your opinion was on this as well as if there was a reason why you would need donations, and what our money would go towards. Thank you in regards to your channel, and how you explain the word, I do very much appreciate you, I am asking this out of curiosity and mean no disrespect.
@lineupon Жыл бұрын
Best explanation is from Jared Halverson’s unshaken podcast about a month ago. The short answer is high quality media takes full time craft (from more than 10 people) and skill. I’d task them to perhaps study better what priestcraft is. I assume you or they have paid for some media (including watching ads). Therefore you’ll have to ask yourself what kind of media are you willing to vote for with your $$$? Most media is evil and that is what people are willing to pay for and consume. We don’t do this for fame or money and have invested $2MM in this production of which only 5% comes back from KZbin. We put this out as a goodwill gesture and allow people the opportunity to contribute. If no one makes wholesome or gospel media what then are we left with?
@MakkaDot Жыл бұрын
@@lineupon So is offering a cameo to encourage people to donate so that you can get the funds needed to continue this project? And do you have full time employees or is this volunteer run? That was a question I had personally, which is related but not entirely; I’m curious as to how these are made, by individuals volunteering or a company or some other method? (Also could I get the podcast episode name?) And yes, we have Netflix and the such which I assume you are referring to, I could see how that is supporting a company whose intentions might be opposite to yours; I believe you are doing a good thing which is why I stated above that this was out of curiosity, I wish to get a testimony for myself on what modern day priestcraft does and does not look like.

The sabath on Saturday not Sunday
@Glen.Danielsen Жыл бұрын
We disagree, Isikeli friend. Through modern revelation through a latter-day prophet, the Lord has revealed that the Sabbath day is now to be Sunday.
@FiryStr_ Жыл бұрын
As opposed to Sunday, is rooted in the biblical text and the Ten Commandments. In the Book of Exodus, the fourth commandment states, "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God" (Exodus 20:8-10). Advocates for Saturday as the Sabbath argue that this commandment clearly designates the seventh day of the week as the day of rest and worship. They assert that Sunday, the first day of the week, does not align with the explicit biblical instruction to observe the seventh day. Additionally, proponents of Saturday as the Sabbath point to the continuity of the seven-day week throughout history. The seven-day week, including Saturday as the seventh day, has been observed across cultures for centuries. They argue that changing the Sabbath to Sunday would disrupt this historical and cultural consistency. Furthermore, they argue that Jesus himself observed the Sabbath on Saturday, as it was a prominent aspect of Jewish tradition and law at the time. They contend that Jesus' actions and teachings did not specifically endorse a change in the day of Sabbath observance. It is important to note that this argument is primarily rooted in a strict biblical interpretation and adherence to the Mosaic law.
