Retainer all the time or your teeth will go back to how they were at the start. Keep retainers clean once a month or every other day. It can give you cavities if you let it sit and be dirty.:)

I have a metal retainer too but I haven’t used it… LMAO EDIT : 15:56 for the metal retainer don’t bite em on because that can break it push it in place and if it starts poking you and hurting you take it to your dentist and they will shave it and rinse it with cold water because warm water can melt it. Also, don’t leave it anywhere hot either cus it can melt
