Ava! I’m so proud of you! My husband and I did the same with buying a manufactured house. It’s so fun to watch you go through the steps and educate others on the process. I highly recommend a manufactured home to everyone because you can get in the housing market when it seemed impossible previously.

I love how you said it's more difficult when it's not staged. To me it was always weird watching the american house hunting series, I always thought people live there and you walk through their furniture? In my country it's normal to be completely empty and I prefer it that way because I prefer to imagine how I want it to look like myself, not anyone showing me how it could look like, takes away my fanatasy for the space available because the staiged furniture takes it away.

Hey Ava! Im also from O’ahu and my dream is to buy a house one day on this island too! But it will probably take a while since I’m still in nursing school. CONGRATS on these big steps! We all know Hawai’i houses are so damn expensive and you buying one at such a young age in your 20s is something you should definitely be proud of. girl plz invest in a speaker system for your house i’m telling you it is one of the best investments we have ever like you might not think you will use it as often as you do but being able to play music throughout the house is amaing!! we have a sonos system it’s the best i swear!
