The therma breath brands are really good. It had no harsh chemicals and it’s better for your mouth unlike other alcohol based mouth washes. Love the video too I have to the method body I heard good things about them too.

I forgot to put it in the video lol but I use limes as a natural deodorant. It lightens up your armpits and eliminates odor after consistent use. I’ll explain a little more in my next hygiene video.
