Jorge, i just gotta tell you that my 78 year old Puerto Rican mom thinks you're cute and adorable...lol...cracks me up. Love the faux black leather idea. Try pricing marine leather which is a bit more expensive but a better product since what you have is classic and timeless.

I love the teak shell bowl...I definitely would have picked that up. I also love the mcm chairs. I grew up in a home full of mcm furniture and have always loved that style. So glad to see it making a comeback.

The chairs were made by the BP John furniture company out of Portland Oregon in 1962 or 63. I have a st and love them.

Jorge, great scores! I also look at houses and furniture that I don’t intend to buy. It’s just fun! I do have luck at Home Goods! Two very dangerous places for my wallet are Target and HomeGoods. I love to get baskets, candles, and I have gotten a few decor pieces. Christmas time is not a good time to buy things that are not holiday related in Home Goods. Most of the store is dedicated to the Holidays.

I found a house for my guy last year but I still get emails from the broker daily on houses that are for sale. And I still look through them just to see them! Haha Although it usually triggers the realtor and she will message me asking if I’m ready to buy 😂. Oh Jorge, PLEASE don't reupholster them because that textured fabric looks perfect but just needs to be professionally cleaned. I love the color of the wood as it is, just needs some oiling. I hope you keep the original MCM integrity of them as much as possible. :)
