Hi Tom that was very interesting you know your stuff, cows are clever when I was a young lad I helped on a dairy farm I loved it we milked about 28 cows in shippen this was in the early 60s how times have changed. Love watching farm video's. Great stuff Tom all the best 👍

do you wash your palour with a powerwasher the odd time its very clean lad the volume washeri find never takes the shite off wall pipes etc

I had power washed it about 6 weeks ago. Try to do twice a year and then volume wash after every milking.

How much meal per head are u feeding Tom

They get 2.5kg in the parlour per head then are topped up in the outer parlour feeders @0.3kg per litre above 17kg of milk.

U cows have great shine on them do give any extra minerals or anything to help.

Very little to be honest. I do 99% of the milking alan helps with the work outside.

No definitely not. My milk buyer doesn't make us do anything like that. I've done any research into it but it doesn't sound nice stuff to handle.
