Another Flying Cowboys fan here - Cory, Kevin, Trent, Hal - etc, etc -- they permit me the vicarious pleasure of following along something I wish I could do. Way too old now and no funds but - thoroughly enjoy it all. BTW, loved your Patey interviews :)

My dream aircraft right there! Could get that thing out of my backyard in calm winds. Looked like a blast! What a dream airstrip too - imagine living with that right in your backyard! Heaven! Great job as usual, Dan & Christy, and Cory!

Thanks! Yeah, I never have really desired a taildragger, but that has changed.

I really like the overhead shot showing just how busy Cory is with the stick and throttle during these windy landings. Now, if he could rig a GoPro for rudder pedals 😀. Love the video, thanks.

Hi Cory. I'm one of the two guys that kept an eye on Ghost for you in that crazy wind when you had to go inside to review your camera footage. You gave me a ride after that and it was the highlight of my weekend! Just wanted to let you know that you made a big impression on me and as soon as I got home I enrolled in ground school! Your professionalism and how you handeled things didn't go unnoticed and helped shape how I view aviation and flying safely. Don't know how I'm going to afford yet but one way or another I'm getting my certificate and I hope to meet you again. I'd fly with you any day! Oh, by the way, when you stopped in CO for the night, you were just down the road from me. Pretty sure I saw you while I was driving I-70 east on Thursday afternoon. Take care and thank you for changing my life, hope to meet you again someday and thank you in person.

I've been watching the Flying Cowboys for quite awhile now! Great video! I love the upbeat positive music you use, I wish it didnt play during the flying parts though as I like hearing all the sounds of the engine and interactions and it tends to over power those sounds. Just my 2 bits. Thanks for another fun video! PS: This is the kind of flying I think everyone would love to be able to do! To be able to pack a friend and a picnic and drop in on a lake or river anywhere to spend a day would be amazing!

bro rolled his plane really long on his landing. I think he rolled it all out long just to show that a short takeoff can be easy for a newby. I bet he can take off in less than half the space like it was a joke. DON"T try this without training en mass. full stop. Bush pilots are not a joke even though some may think it's easy because they make it look easy it is more trouble than it's worth. You need to commit to practice and buy a plane. You will crash or damage what ever you fly and without skills and practice you are in trouble. GO FOR IT. and be safe
