I remember when I moved in with my boyfriend into our first apartment in 2019 we bought pretty much everything from Ikea (dining room set, lounger chair , lights, bedding, coffee table etc) all for $1,200 and they delivered it all. I don’t think that would even be possible now! Ikea just has gotten so expensive for the quality now but they do have some good deals, i like going there for plates

@@LivingHerBestLife i still have the plates from my first apartment! I have even bought these cool water colour ones 2 years ago and they hold up really well! Their plastic colourful kids plates are a steal too i think 3.99 for 5 plates in a cute pastel colours then they have matching bowls, cups and cutlery too!

Ikea used to be so cheap and great quality. Now the quality is bad and too expensive. Very few items are made in Sweden, fast production from asia.
