For me, the first two days of my cycle were the worst! Hated my clothes, felt horrible and everything that could go wrong, did! Hope you are feeling better.

It is so frustrating isn't it and to have it on a monthly basis! Always floors me :( I get it a good week before my period arrives. Yes feeling so much better thank you, i am trying to get it under control as i feel it takes over a lot f my month.

Alessandra, do you and Stefania wear leather? I've noticed that you both use/wear luxury handbags and shoes. Please don't take this as me judging you, I just wanted to know if I've been misinformed about, luxury brands not being cruelty free and using none sustainable materials. Awesome vlog Alessandra!! Hey lovely! Thank you for your comment :) Yes we do and absolutely know you are not judging me. These are important questions and I want you to ask me them . We have both been through not buying leather and found that those items fell apart very quickly and also were uncomfortable. There are a few brands that are good but of course it's hard to get all you need. With shoes like my grandmother use to say - you need good quality otherwise you ruin your feet. She poor thing when she was younger was so poor she had no shoes and had terrible feet that caused her so much pain. You can get sustainable leather :) Which is what 90% of my new wardrobe is! With handbags we buy vintage/ second hand never new or very very rarely. Many designer brands are slowly becoming more sustainable and you will find many do things ethically and always have done. I just prefer buying vintage. The show was brilliant :) You too i hope it's full of blessings xxx
