To properly set IRS position go to page 2 on the POS INIT screen and there will be coordinates that directly link up with your irs navs u aligned

Hello, I am using Xbox X Series. Is there a problem with pmdg 737? Do you recommend we buy it? I will try to fly it today as you showed. The runway head gives a "flt cont" error at the beginning. This time I will try to start the plane from scratch. Also, when I start the game at the beginning of the track and put it on autopilot while ascending, I also get an a/t/p/rst error. What’s your controls setup? I tried keyboard, mouse, and controller and I can’t use all 3 at the same time. If I use just keyboard and mouse, the keyboard doesn’t work but the mouse does. Please do a video on your control mappings for keyboard and mouse.

I did my best but I can’t even do a flight. My autopilot didn’t even engage and getting the plane to follow its route is useless. Of course I’ve been doing this on the 737-700. Should I do all of this on the -800 like what you have been doing?

Update: I bought the 737-800 and nailed it first try. Plane follows where it needs to go according to the FMC and my Flight Plan. I’m hiding this video on every single one of my 737 flights I do. Thank you for your help

If you’re talking about the heads up display you go to the FMC - and then equipment - after that you keep going to the next page until you see HUGS I believe its called (heads up guidance system)

How are you getting your trim wheel to adjust?? Stupid question, I know, but nothing I do will actually spin the trim wheel. It just half spins and then goes the opposite direction and never changes. I’ve tried mouse and controller, same result. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having big problems with the pmdg 737-800. No screens will display at all in the cockpit and switches and button can be selected but then I can't adjust them and no flight controls work. Really disappointed as it worked for a day or so and now it won't work 😢

@@Pilot0083 Xbox controller, I'm playing it on a series s. I've had it 2 days and it worked for the first day only. I've deleted and redownloaded it and still no screens or switches working in the cockpit and no input to any flight controls. I've submitted a ticket to PMDG, hopefully it is a known issue, something not right with it 😕

Your flight plan in your fmc will tell you what altitude you should be at at each way point . If you use vnav and drop altitude to lowest listed at your last way point before your top of decent it will do it automatically

Select a gate from the world map, and then make sure that your "co-pilot's assists" don't have ATC turned on.

i think he is asking how you knew runway 23 is 230, so runways are the headings Ie 23=230. The ones that get me are the single digit runways.

@@devinc1347for example 25L/R at Ksfo have a runway heading of 250 because the runway is assigned by the direction it’s facing so example also 09L is facing 90 degrees it’s based off longitude so 24=240 30=300 08=80 05=50

Go to options controls search up trim on the left scroll down till u see elevator trim down(nose down ) and elevator trim up (nose up ) and choose ur input I have rb and right stick up for wheel up and right stick down for trim wheel down

You have to start the apu and switch the generators on, then you can remove the GPU

Two things here. The aircraft you see here is PMDG. They are the top of the top when it comes to aircraft simulation, you can not get any better than this. They are Boeing officially licensed products. This is as real as it gets, of course its on Xbox so you will have constraints. Second is this is not X-Plane. Zibo makes their aircraft exclusively to X-Plane in which the 737 they make is based of the default 737 that comes in X-Plane. Just like FlybyWire took the A32NX that came with the base MSFS and made it better, that is what Zibo did. So no, you will never see a Zibo 737 on Xbox ever, unless X-Plane comes to Xbox and Zibo decides to make the mod available for it, or for some strange reason, Zibo decides to come over to MSFS and create a 737 from scratch seeing there is no base 737 in the MSFS 2020 version. This is highly unlikely because Zibo is mostly a one man team. So chances on all this happening is slim to none.
