I sing harmony with my mom when it's her turn to do the worship music at church. We're doing this hymn for the first time in a very long time. I haven't even heard the hymn since before I even knew what harmony was, but when I improvised a high harmony over the melody, I happened to have almost the exact same tune as what the harmony singer (I assume Keith?) is doing in this rendition. I'm just fascinated how I landed on nearly the same harmony without ever consciously hearing it before. I feel so blessed to have any musical skill at all, and am blessed by God's creation of pleasing music.
