Jean skirt is definitely y2k and sizing was different back then than now. I was a teen during the early 2000s❤

The black and white top can easily be shortened. Use a zig zag stich or a serger machine and pull the hem as you sew it. This will make a ruffled hem. Sewing machines are super cheap at the thrift stores. Keep your eye out if you're interested in making some easy sizing adjustments.
