you know I love vintage and secondhand shopping and am always on the hunt for the best thrifting finds, so when I visited sydney for a super quick trip I had to fit in a lil thrift shopping! I've had some of my best thrift finds on trips to Sydney, especially from independant consignment stores but also from charity shops, thrift shops and vintage stores! I even picked up a couple of super cute pre-loved finds, which I'll share with you to see how we can style them together! let me know where else you'd like to see me go shopping, because I love filming these videos :)

Im sure if you take that skirt to a tailor, i imagine theyd be able to adjust the skirt to be smaller (if you want it to fit higher up ofc) without taking out fabric, in the event you donate it later and someone else who wants a less snug fit can remove the seams :)

I love vintage/thrift shopping, but being quite lazy I do most of it from my chair. I remember being there in person actually touching the discovery provided a thrill. That beautiful skirt and silver mules makes me want to go back into "the field" to hunt for those special items. It was hysterical that on that M&Ms graphic top (jacket?) that someone could accurately give a date range based on the footwear of one of the M&Ms. Fashion history can be fun!😉

Silk is also dry clean only, its not something you can toss in the wash. I tend to avoid it cause of effort but def pretty

I moved to Canberra in the last year and I must say the op shopping in the ACT is way better than Sydney :) If you are ever three hours south of Sydney, definitely worth going to :)
