I live on Hilton Head Island and the thrifting here is AMAZING. My sister decorated her WHOLE home in Port Royal Planation with local thrift store furniture. She loved that summer of thrifting for furniture, she would even negotiate the prices down. I went to a local thrift today and bought a piece of Ficks Reed furniture. When friends come to visit, they always want to go thrifting. Love your videos

Great vlog. You pick up so many nice items. So sad that the days of packing a large suitcase is gone. My problem as well. Love the cow print top, the shoes your kimono. From house of strut I think you picked the beat two items. I must say that lime green dress has your name all over it. Just lovely. I also like the puffy dress and your plans for it. The floral dress was pretty as well.

I visited to a warehouse in London Silver Town E-16 called Thrift factory Kilo sale !! They had a massive selection you could spend a whole day there. They only allow some people to pick and choose as they are really exporting mostly. but They also do events , thrift factory £10 per kilo You need a strong back to go through the clothes as mostly in cages and Trollies. But it was worth it as many where (Brands) New with Tag's are available..

I found a pair of Zena "mom" jeans at a thrift store and immediately snapped them up. I swear I wore the SAME exact jeans when I was a young mom in 1987. (The silhouette is much like the Liz Claiborne pair in this video.) They're awesome! Love the cow-print top you found, too. I haven't a single animal-print anything in my closet, and am so over the cheetah-leopard prints, and the cow-print is refreshing and fun!

@@bjonesstyle it's a-line but slightly fuller with a gathered waist. It's got such a great print and since I'm petite it hits me a little longer than it would for most. It almost looks Western.

I haven't been to either one of those stores. I am going to check both of them out :) I work for a custom cabinet shop in Savannah and we have been contracted to do some cabinetry in a new Avalon Exchange that is coming to Broughton Street! Excited about that too! My favorite jacket come from Off Island Thrift. It's a suede duster by Wilson Leather that I got for 29$!! SN: you could always just go to the post office and ship your finds back home. :)
