This topic is too useful! Maybe being late for service is one of my big problems when I feel upset or disappointed. But I think I should arrive at church more than one hour earlier before services when I feel down next time! 😂

Today I woke up a bit drained, it affected my mood in a negative way that I couldn't clean or mentally prepare well before service. It took a bit to get into the word. I've definitely made a note of this to be more aware. 😅
