Such a lovely vlog. I was best friends with my Grandad when I was a little girl. I can’t believe how much Oriavella looks like Freya. And u did the right thing regarding the cold food. It’s unacceptable! I’d have complained too. I understand they are busy but rudeness is unnecessary xx
