I loves these long vlogs so much, it feels like you're actually chatting to me and im obsessed with all your Coachella looks you always look amazing. I always admire how balanced your lifestyle is especially with eating out, I feel like I get stressed not being able to track meals out like that and will lose progress but you always seem to maintain your amazing physique! aw thank you girl! i’m so happy you loved this vlog 🥹 in terms of eating & training i think constancy is really key. i’ve trained 4-5 days a week for almost 10 years now 🤯 & i eat well 80% of the time & more relaxed the other 20% so when i go away my body doesn’t fluctuate too much because it’s balanced year round if that makes sense - it can handle the naughtier foods because i still include them in my diet each week. i hope this helps! 🫶🏼

You are body goals girl! What is your weight and height? Can you do a realistic what you eat in a day and your workouts to keep your body in shape?

thanks girl! i have so many on my channel if you take a look ☺️ but in a nutshell i wake up 5am, walk 5km, workout (pilates or a gym class) 4-5 days a week & then eating wise breakfast is a protein smoothie, lunch & dinner is usually something i’ve shown in one of my videos (i like yummy foods so i can’t give a boring, plain answer like chicken & veg haha it’s always different), and then i’ll usually have a magnum or naked harvest mug cake for dessert 💕
