I have had chronic pain and health issues for over 30 years, and I have had to listen to what my body tells me, if I can get up and acheive one thing on my never-ending list, then it's a good day😊 Be kind to yourself. I know how you feel, I have had a bad day too, it is so frustrating. Did not even have the energy to get dressed, in fact I was only up for a few hours before I had to go back to bed. I am lucky in that I have only myself to consider. Just do what you can when you can, your true fans will be here for you when you are ready. Get some rest, hope you feel better soon. By the way next time you are in Aldi, look out for lightly coated Bassa fillets, it is a really tasty fish and much cheaper than Haddock or Cod.

I love your videos they give me inspiration to do better, I completely understand what you go through and how the pain takes over as I also suffer with chronic illness. Awww, thank you so much, darling. Honestly, it has taken me so many years to understand and work with my illness instead of against it. I do suffer a lot still, but I pace myself and take a lot of downtime to avoid being completely bed redundant for too long. Which happens when you don't listen to your body or overdo it when your pain is low and you think I'm OK, I can just do a bit more. Don't! As it never ends well for me. 😩 xx

Hello That meal looked yummy. I got a veg and fruit box from my daughter when she had gone to Pumpkin Patch. So 04:00 pain thro roof I am topped up with pain meds, hot water bottle on back, watching you as I pootle in kitchen making Leek and Tattie soup have some left over broccoli so that will go in as well for lunch and freezer. Roasting, Beetroot, Carrots and small Neeps to go with Chestnut Quiche for tea. Medley of fruit and yogurt for dessert. Oh and Breakfast wonderful farm eggs, and as I have few mushrooms and a lonely pepper left will do 2 Omelettes with either remaining berries and yoghurt or smoothie. Hopefully pain meds will have worked and I will be ahead for day or worst case pain even worse so bed only option but at least meals, sorted. I figure as I am Night Owl no point me laying in bed trying to sleep. My Husband will get up in morning and go nuts at me but hey ho I want feel productive these illnesses take so much away. You have a good week 💜🥰💜

Oh, I know that feeling. I only have OA but it’s everywhere and I have to pace myself every day. I’m lucky that my 30-year-old son does the cooking. I help when I can (he calls me his “sous chef” 😂) I just can’t stand for that long anymore. Anyway, I can’t wait to see what you got, Jodee. Living in Canada means no Primark for me. 😢

My cat is the opposite to yours, he will only eat food in gravy, typical bloke, lol. My son lives in Chelmsford, I was looking to see if I saw him whilst you were videoing (yep I'm a saddo lol) and like you, I can cry at anything, I am so emotional, but I'm sorry, I hate big brother, it's so embarrassing 🙈 😂😂
