omg I slept in until 9am yesterday 😳 My mom woke me up and was like uhhhh it’s 9am….😅 I have not slept that late since I was in college lol (the beach opens at 10 and she knew I wanted to get there at 10 so don’t be mad she woke me up)

Hello Alicia, you're a very good mom, and there's no doubt about it ! But please try to shop more often like this, because those snack products and cereals that you usually buy for the kids aren't healthy. There's good organic snack products brands like (The bunny 🐰 Annie's) or juices like (Honest, Not KoolAid) or one the best bread brands call: (Ezekiel) or (Dave's killer Bread) you can shop for all of these organic products to be on the healthier level! But keep buying fruits, your doing a good job 🥗🍓🍎🍍🍊🍒🍑🥑

Why couldn't you have taken at least the girls with you on that walk and stopped into some of stores and looked at the arts & crafts???? That's what you do when you are on vacation and visiting a vacation town! Your excuse was 'they were chillin'' My goodness...that walk would have put some artistic ideas in their heads for all kind of art and craft projects. They also could have toted a bag and helped you carry some of the produce. I did those kind of outings with my younger sisters and all today do beautiful art work as do I!

You don't just deserve to relax, you need to relax. Moms never acknowledge that they deserve a break. We adore them, but they suck us dry.It's ok to take time for yourself. Love from a mom who is 60 years into it with a disabled child.
