The chest pain does sound like stress and anxiety to me. I experience the same thing, and two things help (either being prescribed an anti anxiety medication to take when you have those symptoms or try focusing on your breath). It was a cute vlog. Hope you feel better girl.

babesss i have the exact same situation with chest pains but ive seen a doctor once for it and it was to the point where i woke up in the middle of the night crying because it hurt that bad, and the doctor literally said it looks like nothing, so every time i get it i really end up not caring. i find it funny that ive found someone who has experienced something similar lmaoo.

As a person with anxiety both social and general I can say that yes anxiety over long periods of time can cause chest pain, and if I get super stressed my chest starts to hurt and I would defiantly recommend that you see a doctor just to make sure everything's okay.

I have dealt with chest pains for over two years. And I never take any medication with anxiety because l usually focused on my breathing and it would go away. My chest pains were persistent before I knew the source of my anxiety and was able to deal with it. I hate you are dealing with it! Also, I have been dealing with my anxiety (social and general) for over 10 years without any treatment.

That chest pain could be related to acid reflex or just heartburn. Try eating foods that are light and not greasy or anything. If you usually eat the same thing consistently before work, stop eating it and see how you feel. It could be stress but, I get pain like that in the same area from acid reflex.
