I never thought about it, I just assumed that everything is a driving distance. OK, maybe a long driving distance, (could take a day to ger there) but still doable. The beauty of having a car that you can take a kitchen sink with you, but I suppose you don't need that much once kids are off nappies. I always love watching out of the plane window when the sky is clear, go the at night and during the day. It was fun to see the landscape through your plane window. And the disapproving face of your kid. 😄. I'm sure you had nice time on your holiday, who doesn't by a tropical beach? Unless you burn yourself.
