The best place for spices, Naa, is the Nima market. There is a wider range and they will tell you which is used for what and how. Fantastic.

Nice video Adjeley. Next time you are in Ghana, go to Nima market for local and foreign spices. All your viewers in Accra can go there for all the spices you use in your videos. That's where the wholesalers are. Their prices are great. I go there every quarter or so to buy and store in the freezer

Sweetie, star anise is used in good chai tea recipes. :) I am sad because I could not understand so many names you said. I did hear fennel, fresh, and I think I heard dried fennel. Ooh, yes, fabric! At 11:09, those are beautiful, with cutwork, yes? Where can an American lady find fabrics from Ghana, please, Sweetie? Beginning at 12:18, what are those, please? Thank you for this experience! I can no longer walk, so my dream of visiting Ghana, Senegal & Nigeria, sadly is no more, unless of course God is willing to allow me a miracle. :D Thank you.
