i love the latte cakes! i believe the texture/type of yarn is called eyelash yarn because of the nylon fibers sticking out! i’ve made a shrug with it before and it’s so snuggly! the texture against the skin can get a little itchy if you’re not used to it, but it’s very comfortable.

The craft smart value yarn is really nice! I use it to make many scarves. I double stand the yarn and use 12mm or 14mm hooks. It works quickly.

Those Sugar and Creams yarn is what I used for washcloths, face rounds and soap savers. They do get softer but I definitely wouldn’t use it for anything more.

I just started learning how to crochet about 3 days ago & I never knew how expensive yarn could be 😭 especially since most of the stuff I’m making rn is absolute trash bc they’re all practice pieces it makes me tear up whenever I inevitably waste yarn

Yes and these are the affordable yarns!! High quality/durable yarns are even more expensive but once you learn how to make things it’s worth the cost for a long-term item!!
