@@CharlotteLivingLifestyle yes several town are appealing although the prime areas in Charlotte, Huntersville are so expensive. They don’t offer much as bang for the buck as Hickory seems to. I am still researching the idea.

Hickory is nice. Also take a look at Denver NC, Conover, and Sherrills Ford.

Cornelius is the richest town in Charlotte. Homes on the lake alike Davison, Mooresville, Huntersville, NC; all are 1-2 exits apart in accending order. I am native-born-raised ✅in Charlotte NC; disclaimer: lived mostly Pineville-Mathews NC (town of Charlotte) now reside in Huntersville NC in my opinion CN is best suburban town in Charlotte but there are plenty of options to choose from that are great too Disclaimer #2: Boat yard eats is overrated lol done security there college weekends

Thank you for your comment. Cornelius does offer some very wealthy areas along its shoreline but it also has many areas which would be considered affordable by many. For a town considered to be a medium to small in size it has a diverse selection of living choices.
