he's never been able to his notes this high very comfortably, from what i noticed :) also the drama about the note yesterday is completely unnecessary, it was just drowned out by confetti or whatever going off. if you look at the fancam, he sounds just like usual.

@whowho I agree with you. People kept saying he cracked...I honestly thought either his mic went out or he opened his mouth and it was just one of those moments where your voice is like "haha, nah". But he recovered well, and the confetti cannon makes sense too. But yeah this note is outside of his supported range I think, so it's harder for him. It sounds good though? To me anyway. :3 Daehyun is always working toward improving.

It's because he used his head voice for the high note rather than belt with his chest voice as he usually does, and singing high notes in head is easier and is less likely to put stress on the chords. I hope he hasn't damaged his chords, his singing has felt a bit unstable recently, also most likely due to having to sing for All Shook Up. I keep feeling worried when he turns his head to sing higher notes, too, since that also puts stress in the neck muscles.

Man, I love Bang Yong Guk. He's a king. Ever since he came back from his hiatus I feel like each comeback he was regaining his confidence and getting a bit more spotlight. In "Wake Me Up" he had this awesome entrance to the stage, but then he was mostly at the back. Then in "Honeymoon" he joined the full choreo, but he shared the focus during his rap part with Jong Up. Here he's totally slaying the second verse, all these expressions, all this charisma. And I feel like he's getting more spotlight during the rest of the song too, but maybe it's just a camerawork. His part in "Moondance" - just wow. He seems more confident now and I'm here for it.

The camerawork made them look like the action sequence in an anime... So dynamic. So, EPIC. I'm not sure its for everybody but I think it added to the experience. Very avant garde camera work. The ending part, where you can just see the boys silhouettes (all backlit with hands up on top) IS #AESTHETIC!!!! I mean, wowowowowowow.
