You are correct. The more I listen, the more I realize it's not a typical Kpop sound. I mean every bg rushes out to be the next great hip hop, EDM type of group. Not Pentagon. Their sound is akin to Winner's. The type of musicianship that is not afraid to be angry and sad at the same time.
