I love how the girls always have their faces on. Even as one takes the spotlight, you can still see the others emoting according to the song, keeping eye contact with the camera. It seems like a small thing, but it makes the performance so much more enjoyable. Dancer line in particular (Dosie, Ireh and Chaein) are killer at that. And Swan always nails the expressions, too.
