Sir can I take 1st round alloted seat upto 3 round And Sir if I reject and withdraw in 3rd or 2nd round still I need to pay 3lakh fees or any penaulty fees

if you reject after third round then only you have to pay complete fees.ypu can cancel the seat in first or second round but before entering into third round. you can't carry same seat till third round it might change ,depends on circumstances
