Steve Hofstetter is much better. Thing is, Cody uses semi premade templates of political ridicule that has already been proven to work among a collective group and modifies them on the spot whilst adding his own theme and special touch, but Steve is straight originality and uses his own material without utilising a familiar template. Basically both the same level of comedic talent, but one has more experience. Cody has room for improvement which means we haven't seen the limits to his talent yet.

I used to be a bouncer at a club and we have no problems removing patrons that are taking the fun out of a show. If the paid entertainment asks us to boot, we boot. So those that think they're being "cute" by smarting off, or getting into a tiff with the show, beware, you will lose. They do it for a living, but most have low tolerances for hecklers.

The comedian, in this case, was totally justified in dealing with these hecklers. It's not right if audience members are being picked on though (that wasn't the case here) by a performer who singles someone out. We have a particularly horrible, unfunny person in my country who does that. He looks for the only "person of colour" in the audience and attacks them. Very sad. He did that at a gig near me and the man being picked on wanted wanted to hide under the table. Repugnant behaviour. I just found the two women, in this video, to be ignorant idiots.

But to answer your question: Yes, she should have been kicked out, but maybe in between sets. You handled her quite nicely, even with those barbs. The headliner, I believe had (understandable) very little patience. Then, he went a bit overboard by telling her to STFU and escorting her (during the show) to humiliate her. Your solution was the wisest course with her escorted out between the sets. 🤣🤣🤣Thank you for the laughs!!!!
