From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. I always felt bad for how Toby was treated throughout the show. It made me sad, how undeserved the hate he got was. But for interrupting the masterpiece of Andy's and Dwight's Country Road, he deserves nothing short of agony! :P

He turned out to be a huge creep at the end tho. Totally inappropriate behavior towards Pam and Nelly. The fact that all the other staff also express disgust towards Toby at various points in the series says something too. Having an HR person like Toby in real life would be horrifying bc he himself is guilty of inappropriate behavior and inappropriate touching.
