I love how Ben fully knows and understands that sometimes he just physically cannot keep himself from doing or saying certain things… lol he’s constantly at war with himself trying to keep himself quiet or acting normal. “Oh god, here it comes… So, 911….” Lmfaooo Poor guy. As someone with aspergers I act exactly like this pretty often. I’d say Ben is a pretty accurate representation of what most people with aspergers are actually like. Relatively normal with certain impulses and obsessions that can get out of control.

Same. Have Aspergers, I find myself a mix between Andy and Ben. I try to hold back on saying things but sometimes they just come out or try not to act weird in one way but end up acting weird in another. I find myself more social on stuff like this as I’m just a person in the world and we might never meet. But if in person I am horribly shy unless I feel comfortable around the person or have people who I feel comfortable to be around so I’m not as shy. When I was younger they thought I had ADHD, OCD, etc, but not Aspergers. Only about two years ago they screened me and since they said I fell on the line/cusp or whatever, they’ll say I have it to be safe. But if I find someone that had similar interests I find it a bit easier to open up, you know?
