Not really. It just shows that American hegemony is over. Your empire is collapsing. That your country is broken and all it took was a halfwitted narcissistic reality tv star, a third of the country to be dumber than a bag of spanners and a political party that had completely given up having any scruples or decency. What comes next is worrying but also at least we know that China or Russia wont dress their reign of terror up in 'spreading democracy around the world' when they overthrow democratically elected governments or destroy a country's infrastructure and kill its children.

There should be some sort of test for people before they vote. That way only people that should vote can vote. A test will scare away these guys into following another passion like football or something.

I agree with the sentiments of your post, but you are almost certainly unaware that many states used to have voter testing, and these were specifically used to prevent Black people from voting. One of the more common questions that Black people were asked was, "How many bubbles in a bar of soap"?

They were used to prevent people from voting, and the questions were decided at State level: We've seen how corrupt US politics can be.You can be certain that if these tests are reintroduced, they will be targeted once again to prevent legitimate voting.
